Over OJEU
The Supplier Journey provides guidance on how to bid for public sector contracts in Scotland. It defines ‘over OJEU’ as: ‘A common term used by procurement professionals to describe a procurement exercise published before 11 p.m. on 31 December 2020 whose estimated total contract value was expected to be equal to or above the relevant current EU threshold.’
